Day 114 - Weigh In

I got up of bed. 

Scared of the stupid scale. 

But I have no way out of this. I know I ate too much Rib eye and I am guessing I did not loose the weight I was supposed to loose this week. So let's do it.

And the results for this week are: 

Februray 18 - 194.8
June 10 -  155.4

Total pounds lost in 114 days:  I GAINED 1 POUND


So dissapointed. Starting with Damage control plan ASAP.

  1. I've gained at times as well, just increase the amount of exercise as well as cutting down a little on your intake of food. I no longer eat the afternoon snack but you could just half it and make a difference.
    Don't be disheartened - keep at it and you'll be back on track in no time :D
