Day 5 - STOP THE BREAD-NESS!!

08:00 - Maltshake, chocolate maltshake, nice to meet you. Love you. 

10:00 - Crepe with mushrooms - These kind of meals, I likey likey. 

13:00 - Zuccini (ONE - small) & Chicken noodle soup. Today I discovered I like very much the Zuccini, it was only stir fried and it actually had a great flavor. The soup, it just donesn't last enough! 

16:00- B...bbbbrr....bbbrrread!! with tomatos. I have really developed a gag factor for the "breads", really, I don't like them anymore. I just couldn't eat it. Just ate the tomato and a lemon flavored ice. 

I have a Plan B for the next bread: cinammon and artificial sweetner. That is my ONLY HOPE for the next week. I still have NINE NIIIINEEEE "9" envelopes! I want to cry SO much" Bad purchase. 

Today my Dr. answered my email. It looks like I cannot take ANY medication, it has to be a special medication (for allergies) ONLY approved by him -Allegra- because the other medication I wanted to take had "corticosteroids" and it could break the Ketosis. 

I guess I can handle a little allergy... I guess.

19:00 - Chicken nuggets and toatoes. SAY WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?
No, I'm NOT hungry, not at all, seroiusly, I'm even feeling nauseaus. No. Seroisuly. TAke this plate away from me.
and as I refused to eat, I remembered my friend telling me never to skip a meal, so I tried to swallow the two portions. I really struggled to eat those ones, eventought they are my favorite. 

Not feeling hungry at al. 

22:00 - Chocolate dessert. Is sitting there on the fridge. I am mentalizing myself to go and chug it down. Still, not hungry.
